First, a disclaimer. I’m a friend of The Atlantic Line’s lead guitarist, Will. I met him through soccer, and he’s an awesome barber. For those of you not lucky enough to live in L.A, there are a lot of bands out here trying to make it, and I meet many people in those bands. I don’t even know them on purpose. I just meet them wherever and whenever. People busting their ass to make it are all over this city. That’s the kind of stuff that happens in L.A. I meet comedians, porn stars, models, club promoters, film stars, writers, producers and blah blah blah. I meet all kinds of people in entertainment. It’s not a big deal. I always make a point to try and hear the music of musicians I meet, and to be honest, most of the time I quickly lose interest.

I swear on any future children I might have, The Atlantic Line brings it. Voyage Home is a bit more orchestral than the other stuff on their album from 2009, but you can’t go wrong with this great video and track. They were killin it at SXSW, and they have a second album in the works. Check them out.

Voyage Home – Lyrics

Sometimes we change too fast
See your home. Don’t let go
Sometimes we change too fast
See your smoke. It is home
See us coming. Changing and going
In to neon
Home where the heart is
Home where your soul is

Spread the Love
