Refund Policy
We accept refunds and exchanges. Each order purchased directly from Bandholz comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love the Bandholz products you ordered, we’ll take care of you.
Returns
We offer full refunds as long as our payment processor allows it (usually up to 120 days from the date of purchase). After 120 days, we can do a refund as store credit. Swaps are always free (net the difference in product costs).
To set up your return, please contact us at support@bandholz.com. Order number and account email address are required to set up a return or exchange.
Please do not send any product back without first contacting our customer service. If returns or exchanges are sent in by emailing us at support@bandholz.com, they may not be processed and we are under no obligation to honor unauthorized returns. Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary return instructions to ensure proper handling at our warehouse.
Non-returnable items include:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Any item not in its original condition; Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any items marked as “final sale” on Bandholz.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check/contact your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by emailing us at support@bandholz.com.
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the product you purchased and need to exchange it, contact us by emailing us at support@bandholz.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to process the exchange.
