Roller Ball vs Alcohol Spray
Oil vs Alcohol
The rollerball Eau de Parfum (EdP) is approximately 20% fragrance in MCT Oil (odorless, clear, refined coconut oil). Compared to an alcohol spray, it will be more subtle, wear closer to the body, and have a less intense application.
Oil is moisturizing for the skin, whereas alcohol can be drying and affect your body's natural microbiome.
Oil has a significantly longer evaporation timeframe. Be aware of where the product is applied to minimize marking clothing and materials you touch. To minimize leaving residue, rub oil fully into skin.
How to Use Oil EdP
- Apply to dry skin after showering while pores are clean and open.
- Roll the Eau de Parfum at a 45 degree angle on two to six pulse points on the body.
- Recommended pulse points: neck, behind ears, inner elbow, forearms, wrists (be aware it can be washed off easily), and chest
Body heat helps to diffuse the fragrance as you wear it, and a more personalized scent will develop as it mixes with your skin’s natural oils.
How Long EdP Lasts
Eau de Parfum by Bandholz will last 6–8 hours. To maximize performance, apply to dry skin after showering while pores are clean and open. A more personalized scent will develop as it mixes with your skin’s natural oils and will be more subtle than an alcohol spray experience.
Some customers experience olfactory fatigue where the fragrance is still noticeable, but not to the wearer. This is normal.

Bandholz roller-ball EdP is alcohol-free fragrance with a MCT Oil base (highly refined coconut oil). Made from phthalate-free natural, naturally-derived, and safe synthetic ingredients, Bandholz Eau de Parfum is subtle enough to layer, yet distinctive enough to leave a lasting impression.
NO PARABENS / NO PHTHALATES
I put this on and ran bare chested into the woods, with nothing more than an axe and a fire steel. I returned, days later, with 6 cords of firewood, pockets full of mud covered gold, and 3 geese, gutted and hung about my next. Details are fuzzy, but highly recommend.

Traditional colognes are alcohol based. Alcohol will disrupt your microbiome, irritate the skin, and change your pH balance.
I didn't think cologne should wreck your skin and introduce a risk to more body odor, so that's why we went with an MCT Oil base for our fragrances.
Sprays leave half of the product in the air, potentially gassing out everyone around you.
So we went with a roller-ball to allow for discreet application with consideration for those around you. In addition to that, you're not wasting any product to the air. So a smaller bottle will last much longer than a spray.
These little bottles pack a punch and produce it at an Eau de Parfum strength level (~20% fragrance).
Roll it on your inner elbows, chest, knees, neck, and waist. The MCT Oil will absorb quickly, moisturize and protect your skin while making you smell amazing.
Finally, we packaged it in UV glass which enhances the anti-microbial properties of the packaging. The cool steel roller ball glides smoothly and I think you're gonna love it. It's been a long time in the works and excited for you to try it.

Love this scent! It's like piney and musky but has a unique smoky smell. Not quite a campfire, maybe more like incense burning at a campsite. It feels unique and not overpowering. Several ladies have already complimented me.
My wife thinks I smell like christmas when I wear it.

Norse Winter smells exactly like you would expect from the name—evergreen forests, warm woods, and smoky resins—but somehow it isn't nearly as seasonal as you'd think. The bergamot gives it a brightness up front, while fir balsam, frankincense, amber, oak, and leather create a warm, resinous foundation that's incredibly inviting.
What surprised me most is how versatile it feels. I expected a heavy winter fragrance that I'd only reach for when the temperature drops, but Norse Winter works surprisingly well outside of the colder months. It's warm and comforting without becoming overly heavy, making it much more wearable than the name might suggest.
There's something almost nostalgic about it. It evokes cold air, evergreen trees, and a warm cabin without smelling like a stereotypical Christmas fragrance. The deeper resinous notes give it character, while the fresh evergreen and citrus keep it from becoming too dark. One of my new favorites!
I was immediately hooked. Amazed at the warm scent of alpine, like walking into a winter cabin in the Northwoods of Sweden!

I was wearing my new fragrance and I love the fact it’s oil and last very long! Dark, smoky and fresh and it does smells like gunpowder!
No matter how good the product and scent is it is overshadowed by the poor packaging. 1/3 of the product had leaked into the packaging during shipping. Good product. Poor packaging.

Smells great! I only applied a very small amount and I could smell it for hours. The fir is nice with a warm/smokey tone that I really enjoy.

By my point of view, it's a parfume that suits better in fall and winter season, because It reminds you of the atmosphere you’d feel sitting around a bonfire in the middle of winter, while it’s snowing, but nothing’s stopping you from wearing it all year round—especially if you love it as much as I do.

I would describe this scent as quiet strength. Absolutely adore it. As does my wife! Lives up to the name and I have purchased beard oil, beard balm and sea salt spray to accompany it.
