Email support@bandholz.com. Tell us the bottle does not work. We will swap it for a different fragrance or refund you. No questions asked.
Full refunds, including shipping, run for about 120 days. After that, store credit. Swaps stay free, net any price difference. Do not mail anything back until we send return instructions.

How Is That Different From Most Perfume Counters?
Most places will not take an opened bottle back just because the scent did not land. Once the seal breaks, the sale often sticks. We built the opposite rule on purpose.
