How Long Does Ours Last?
We say about 6 to 8 hours. That is how this oil wears for us at about 20 percent fragrance. The number means detectable on you. It does not mean the room still smells like you left.
Why Isn't the Clock the Same as a Spray?
An alcohol based spray is built to evaporate. Oil does not flash. The clock starts on skin with heat rather than in a cloud.

What Changes the Number?
Heat changes it. A warm day or a warm pulse point opens the oil more. How you put it on changes it. Two pulse points is not four. Wrists that hit the sink will not match a spot on the neck.
Clothes change it. Oil on fabric can last after skin has moved on. That leftover on a shirt is not the same as the hours on you. Your skin changes it. Dry skin after a shower is the baseline we use.
What This Number Is Not
It is not a promise that every oil lasts that long. It is not a claim that you will project for 6 to 8 hours. Close to the skin can still be there at hour seven.
It is not 6 to 12. It is not 8 to 15. Those are other ranges. Ours is about 6 to 8 on you with this oil.
If you want the room to smell you before they see you, oil is the wrong tool. Alcohol based perfume is built to get into the air.
