How to Apply Oil Perfume

Oil perfume is not a spray. You put a precise amount on skin. The skin has to be ready.

After the Shower, On Dry Skin

You put it on after a shower. The skin must be dry first. Wet skin slides the oil around. You lose control with a roller.

Dry means dry. It does not mean damp. It does not mean lotion. It does not mean Vaseline. Those layers change how the oil sits.

Start with clean skin. Then use the roller.

Two to Four Pulse Points

A pulse point is a warm spot on the body. Wrists, sides of the neck, and inside of an elbow are usual choices. Two to four of those spots is enough.

This is not a contest to cover more skin. Body heat does the rest.

How the Steel Roller Wants to Be Used

We use a steel roller because it is the smoothest and best feeling. The bottle is 20 mL. You roll it on the pulse point and move on. You are not misting a room. You are not painting a stripe.

Steel feels cold for a second. That is fine.

Wrists Are Convenient, and They Get Washed

Wrists are the easy first choice. They are also the first thing you wash. If you only roll your wrists, you edit the perfume off during the day.

Put at least one of the two to four points somewhere that does not go in the sink every time. The sides of the neck hold up better. The inside of an elbow does too.

Sheen, Collars, and Knowing When to Stop

Oil can sit on the surface. You might see a film. You can mark a collar if you are not careful. That is the physical trade of the format.

Two to four points. A roll, not a soak. If you can see a puddle, you put on too much.

What This Ritual Is For

This ritual is for getting the scent on you, not into the room. Shower. Dry off. Two to four warm spots. Steel roller. Then go.
